There is a time limit for consultations (15 minutes), so patients who cannot speak Japanese or English are asked to be accompanied by a Japanese interpreter. If you cannot speak Japanese or English and cannot be accompanied by an interpreter, please refrain from visiting our hospital.

To foreign patients

Medical fees vary depending on whether or not you have a health insurance card and residence card. There are three types of patterns:

People who have a My Number Card linked with domestic health insurance card and residence card can receive medical treatment covered by insurance. The treatment time usually takes 5 to 15 minutes.
For those who have a My Number Card (residence card only) but do not have a health insurance card, the medical fee will be the self-pay rate for Japanese residents (same as the self-pay fee for Japanese residents). The treatment time is usually 5 to 15 minutes.
Those who do not have an insurance card or residence card (those staying for less than three months) will be required to pay the foreign visitor's own fees. The treatment time is within 20 minutes. If you exceed this limit, an additional fee will be charged for every 20 minutes.

In Japan, a doctor's consultation typically lasts between 5 and 15 minutes. Please note that patients who wish to have a consultation lasting more than 20 minutes will be required to pay an additional fee and make a reservation.

Allergy disease consultation for foreigners visiting Japan

At Aoyama Allergy Clinic, allergy specialists certified by the Japanese Society of Allergy treat children and adults with allergic diseases.

Normally, we provide treatment for allergic diseases covered by medical insurance in Japan, so we offer consultations by appointment for a limited time (5 to 15 minutes).

For foreigners visiting Japan (those who do not have valid medical insurance or residence cards in Japan), we generally allow doctors to see a doctor for up to 20 minutes so that they can be satisfied during their short stay. If your consultation is wide-ranging and complex, please make a separate reservation.

Precautions when visiting a doctor or making a reservation

外国人の患者様へ

診療費は、健康保険証と在留カードの有無で異なります。次の３種類のパターンがあります

マイナンバーカード（国内の健康保険証・在留カード）をお持ちの人は、保険診療ができます。　診療時間は通常5分～15分になります
マイナンバーカード（在留カードのみ）をお持ちの人で、健康保険証のない人は、診療費用は、日本在住者用自費料金（日本人自費料金と同様）になります。　診療時間は、通常5分～15分になります。
保険証も在留カード持っていない人（３ヶ月以内の滞在中の人）は、訪日外国人自費料金が適応されます。　診療時間は20分以内です。それを越える場合は、20分毎に延長料金がかかります

日本では通常、医師による診察時間は5分～15分となります。20分以上の診察をご希望の患者さんは別途料金および御予約が必要となりますのでご理解ください。

訪日外国人のアレルギー疾患相談

青山アレルギークリニックでは、日本アレルギー学会認定のアレルギー専門医による小児から成人のアレルギー疾患診療を行っています。

通常は、日本国内の医療保険によるアレルギー疾患診療を行っていますので、限られた時間（5分から15分間）での予約診察を行っています。

訪日外国人（有効は日本国内の医療保険や在留カードをお持ちでない人）には、短期間のご滞在中にご満足いただけるように原則20分までの医師の診察時間とさせいただいていますが相談内容が多岐にわたり複雑な場合は、別途予約をお願い致します。

受診時、予約時の注意事項
